Wimberley Attractions:

Shopping

Wimberley is full of unique shops that offer traditional and not-so-traditional art and wares. Although the primary shopping areas are clustered around the "Square" and "Olde Towne Plaza", there are also shops sprinkled throughout other areas. The first Saturday of each month, April through December, Market Days draws visitors from around the state.

Wimberley Market Days

Wimberley Market Days are held on the first Saturday of each month from April through December. There's live entertainment, over 450 vendor booths lining tree-covered paths that twist and wind their way through sixteen acres.  With lots of good food, good shopping, no admission fee and convenient, inexpensive parking, Wimberley Market Days shouldn’t be missed.

Olde Towne Plaza

Located close to Wimberley Square, the Olde Towne Plaza offers an array of shops and restaurants. Visitors may feel as if they've gone back in time as they wander through the area, admiring the old pecan trees growing throughout the area.

Many rural towns had outdoor theatres years ago. Wimberley still has one. The Corral Theatre features first run movies every Friday and Saturday night from Memorial Day through Labor Day. You can even bring your own chair. Call 847-2513 for shows and times.
