Austin Independent School District - Accountability
The Austin Independent School District (AISD) is working hard to meet and exceed the governor’s Accountability System mandate for Executive Order RP 31. RP 31 outlines Accountability Measures in five key areas: Participation, Success, Excellence, Research, and, Institutional Efficiencies and Effectiveness to “determine the effectiveness and quality of the education students receive at individual institutions.” In 2005-2006 AISD was rated "Academically Acceptable" by the Texas Education Agency.
